John P. Cataldo, Jr.

John has over thirty years’ experience in dental practice transition services, representing both sellers and buyers in dental practice transitions. He also excels in dental practice transition consulting, dental practice management, tax and financial planning.

John provides consulting services with clients regarding: dental practice overhead analysis and control, dental practice valuations, dental practice transitions, accounts receivable collection and cashflow management, insurance billing support, assisting in start-up dental practices, obtaining and restructuring dental practice financing, staff compensation plans and analysis, dental practice staffing, assistance in structuring of dental associate agreements and shareholder/partner agreements, dental practice profitability and enhancement analysis.

John enjoys working alongside his wife Clara, as well as his son, John S., and his daughter, Angelisa Cataldo, both of whom are CPAs. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and coaching sports. John has been an American Legion Baseball Umpire, a past President of the Warminster Pioneers Youth Football Organization, a past player and coach of the Warminster Colts Semi-Pro Football team, and is a certified strength and conditioning coach.

John S. Cataldo

John has been a dental practice consultant since 2010. John frequently provides seminars at various universities and dental conventions.  John assists clients with consulting services and services related to the purchase and sale of a dental practice. John graduated Magna Cum Laude from Widener University in 2010, where he was also a member of the football team. He was inducted into Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society, Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society for Collegiate Schools of Business, and Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity. In 2012, he was awarded the Raymond J. Locke Professional Achievement Award from Widener University.

John and his wife Kimberly live in Bucks County with their son, Giovanni. John enjoys spending time his family and pets, and coaching high school football at Central Bucks South High School.

Angelisa Cataldo

Angelisa has been a dental practice consultant since 2011.  She assists clients with consulting services and services related to the purchase and sale of a dental practice.  She often provides seminars at universities and conventions related to dental consulting. Angelisa graduated from Penn State Abington with highest distinction, receiving a degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Honors in Letters, Arts and Sciences. As a member of the Schreyer Honors College, she completed an honors thesis, entitled “The Public Relations Strategies of Accounting Firms: An Analysis of Accounting Firms’ Website Content Surrounding the Enron Scandal.”  Angelisa was actively involved on campus as President of the Lion Ambassador organization and Vice President of her senior class. During her time at Penn State, she won the ACURA colloquium for undergraduate research and received the Samuel J. DiRoberto Award for Accounting, the Eric A. and Josephine S. Walker Award and the Exemplary Leader Award. She also proudly served as the Class Valedictorian for the Penn State Abington Class of 2011.

Angelisa and her husband Joe live in Bucks County.  Angelisa enjoys riding her horse, Mozart, and spending time with family and her dog, Noel. She continues to be active in the Penn State University community as an alumnus.
